My Process

Businesses are basically a family.

Families, to one degree or another, are dysfunctional. Why? Because they are run by people. People are dysfunctional (ya, shocking, I know) to one degree or another, which in turn makes a business dysfunctional—or at least less functional than it could be. Through helping Owners, Management, and Employees, this is where I come in. This is probably why you’re here.

Who I Help

Individuals, Families, Large Corporations, Small Companies—and everyone in between. I help Owners, Management, and Employees. Customer relations, customer service, sales… Businesses are constantly looking for ways to improve. That’s where I come in. Helping your people have better relationships with coworkers and customers is a big deal—and it can make a big difference. Call me.

What I Do

Just like machines or computers, people have parts and programming that affect their performance. I find the truths—the dysfunctions—that get in the way of a business running smoothly. These are often right in front of us, from the top (owners, highest management) all the way through the organization.

We are all programmed by our beliefs, and how we see, think, and feel about everything sets the foundation for our actions. Often, the things we do are not as productive—or even destructive. That’s probably why you’re here.

Why I Do What I Do

This is my passion. It’s what I was born to do. What I teach changes lives at the core of our humanity. It helps individuals, and in turn, it transforms businesses.

Where?

I offer seminars, retreats, corporate events, one-on-one sessions, and phone consultations. Let’s talk about what works best for you.

When?

Whenever is mutually convenient. Let’s explore your needs.

How?

I assess. I consult. I ask questions. I observe. I read body language. I listen—to both what is said and unsaid. I help people do the same. Like technology that constantly updates, people need regular tuning. The Self-Help industry has changed many lives—I take it deeper, to the core. It all starts with one powerful question…

The 5 Relationships

We all have these 5 relationships that need attention, some more than others:

1. Relationship with Self

Your thoughts, beliefs, and feelings about yourself shape your work life. Do you value yourself? Or do you place others’ opinions above your own? Our greatest battle is internal.

2. Relationship with Others

This is the most visible of the 5. Often, we focus on our differences and forget what we share. But those differences can become our greatest strength—if we know how to work through them.

3. Relationship with Spirituality

Not about religion—this is about deeper spiritual connection. Grief, joy, love—these are spiritual experiences. They may be hard to describe, but they are very real.

4. Relationship with Time

We all get the same 24 hours. When someone says, “I never have enough time,” is that really true? Others with the same time make it work. Time management reflects mindset.
